We understand that life can be unexpected at times! Please give us at least 4 hours notice for any cancellations.

We strive to ensure our clients are happy and satisfied. We do not give refunds. However, if you are not completely satisfied we would be more than happy to do a complimentary fix within 5 days. This does not include changing any type of color or style. After 5 days full-service charges will apply.
